How is embroidery priced?
Per design. You see the embroidery price on your proof, and nothing is charged until you approve it.
Is there a setup fee?
Every custom design carries a one-time $10 setup fee.

Can you embroider our business logo?
Yes. Upload your logo when you build your order, or tell us the idea and we design it with you.
How long does an embroidery order take?
Custom and team orders take 2 to 3 weeks, and production starts once you approve your proof. Need it by a certain date? Call us and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is free at our shop at 5 Liberty Lane, on the outskirts of Great Falls, during shop hours or by appointment Friday through Sunday. Or we ship anywhere in the US, and shipping is figured at checkout.
