If we made a mistake, we make it right. Personalized items are made just for you.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives with a printing or engraving mistake, a flaw, or damage, call or text us at 406-402-1824 within 14 days and we will remake it or refund it. Send a photo and we will take it from there.

Personalized and custom orders

Anything personalized or made to your design is made just for you, so it cannot be returned once you have approved your proof. That is why every custom order gets a proof first: check names, spelling, colors and sizes before you approve.

Durevik sizes

Ordered the wrong size of a Durevik tee or hoodie? If it is unworn and unwashed, call us within 14 days and we will help you swap it.
